We are so thankful that a friend recommended Dawn to us many years ago when we were remodeling our home. We saw Dawn's work at our friends home, and had to get her contact information.  She met both mine and my husband's  preferences and needs to the tee! We both left for work in the morning and came home in the evening to a refreshed and changed family room, powder and kitchen.  New custom window treatments, area rugs, new furniture, wall art and accessories all in one day! Days prior she had completed minor kitchen changes such as glass front kitchen cabinets, paint and a extended bar area.  Her and her team amazed us to say the least.  She is most pleasant to work with and I highly recommend her to everyone.  I look forward to having her back when we are ready to complete more rooms.

We started our first home with a well know Interior Designer.  I trusted her judgement because of her reputation.  
We ended up with the wrong color leather on our sectional, poor selection of accessories and window treatments that were not my style.  Years later we moved into a new home and hired Dawn through a mutal friend.  All I can say is "she just knows".

At our first meeting, she gathered all the information she needed and we ended with results that were beyond our expectations! Georgious custom designed drapery treatments throughout, custom bedding, several custom throw pillows throughout, furniture, area rugs, art and accessories that were right on to our liking.

We love her and her professional knowledge.  Her enthusiastic personality shines as she gives her projects her all. Since using her the first time, we have moved twice and hired her for those homes as well with the same amazing results.  While I miss working with Dawn, I still consider her a valued and talented friend.

Home Staging

So happy for our staging experience with Dawn! She removed some of our furniture to open up our space and added a few items. We were model home ready. We sold our home in 7 days and had a "price war for more" with 3 offers, and sold our home for $10k more than asking price!
